CEDA International Safety Award Program Info
Scope
This standard applies to all operating divisions of CEDA INTERNATIONAL’S North American Operations, except CASCA Electric, CASCA Tech, Lasso.
The Program is administered by the Health and Safety Director.
Eligible Employess
To qualify, an employee must:
- Be active on the Company's payroll on December 31, of the current year and,
- Must be employed at the time of package and award distribution and
- Must have accumulated a minimum of 200 hours or 1 Month incident free,
- Must be part of Operations
The President, Vice Presidents, Directors, Divisional/Regional Managers and Head
Office Employees DO NOT qualify for this program. Operations Admin/Clerical Personnel
hours/months (accumulated, and maximums) are reduced by 50%.
The company reserves the right to qualify/disqualify employees based on role, position,
and/or function fulfilled within the organisation.
