Scope

The scope of this program applies to all qualifying employees of CEDA International Corporation.

Eligible Employees

Employees are considered qualified when all of the criteria is met:

The employee must:

• Be on active payroll December 31, of the award year, and
• Be on active payroll when the awards are delivered, and
• Have worked a minimum of 400 hours during the award year (approximately 2 months)
