Disqualifying Incidents
The following types of incidents are considered disqualifying in this program:
- Recordable Injury
- Backing-up Incidents
- Validated Public Complaints
- Helmet Damage (catalyst services)
- Non-Compliance
- Transportation Violations (speeding, log book, HOS, seat belts, etc.)
- Undue Care and Attention
- Any Incident deemed as disqualifying by a manager
Note: All incidents are judged on individual merit and
can be changed by the divisional/regional manager upon approval by the Vice President
of Health, Safety and Environment or President.
