Disqualifying Incidents

The following types of incidents are considered disqualifying in this program:

1. Damage from Backing Up
2. A Recordable Injury
3. Damage/Costs over $500.00
4. A Disqualification by the Divisional Manager/Supervisor
5. Photo Radar
6. Traffic Violations

Note: All incidents are judged on individual merit and can be changed by the divisional/regional manager upon approval by the Health and Safety Director or Vice-President or President.
