Procedure

  1. Every Hour/Month an Employee Works is counted until:
    1. he/she is involved in a Disqualifying Incident, or
    2. he/she his the maximum of 9600 hours or 48 months
  2. At the End of each calendar year, each eligible employees’ hours/months are obtained from the payroll department, and are added to his previous total (if there is one) OR recalculated from the day/month after of disqualifying incident
  3. Each employee receives a document showing the amount of hours/months he/she has to spend, along with their username and password. Each employee may spend up to the hours/months shown on their document.
  4. The maximum hours/months that employees can spend is 9600 hours or 48 months. Bonus Hours may allow for more (see Bonus Hours for more info).
  5. The document also shows the deadline for orders. Orders received after the established deadline may not be processed. (see Login page for deadline)
  6. Every 30 hours is equal to approximately $1.00 CAD
